Get a new spin on exercise with hoop dancing from Sassy Hoops. Hoop dancing is performed with oversized, weighted hula hoops, making it easier to control. This upbeat aerobic workout will strengthen your core, tone your body and increase your balance and flexibility.

In this introductory 4-week class you will learn how to hoop on your waist, lower abs, chest, neck and several off-body movements.
